Emergency plumber in Jumeirah Lakes Towers

A plumber for JLT clusters: a stack seeping on lower floors, a heater, or a bathroom trap.

Water and electricity utility: DEWA

Jumeirah Lakes Towers is split into clusters, and some are older than Marina towers. An old metal stack seeps on the lower floors, while a new tap leaks inside one flat and does not wet the cluster.

The lake around the cluster is not a blocked kitchen drain. If the whole cluster loses water, the tank and pump belong to cluster management. If one flat loses water, the valves are inside it. Clearing a trap does not run through the lake.

Send the cluster letter before we leave

Jumeirah Lakes Towers is split into clusters, and arrival time changes with the letter and the floor. Send both with the fault: a seeping stack, a heater, or a trap.

Some clusters are older, and a metal stack seeps on the lower floors. Shut the apartment valve first. The shared stack is not opened before that.

The lake is not the kitchen drain

A rise in the lake around the cluster is a landscape system, not a blocked trap. The flat's drain ends inside the bathroom.

A loss of water across the cluster is the tank and pump for cluster management. A loss in one flat is the valves inside it. A new tap can leak inside one flat without wetting the rest of the cluster.

Emergency plumber questions

Do you cover every JLT cluster?

Yes. Give the cluster letter and the floor when you call 056 251 8892.

The neighbour hears water in the wall. What do we shut first?

The apartment valve. The shared stack stays closed until that valve is shut.

The lake level rose. Is the drain blocked?

No. The lake is a landscape basin. The flat drain ends in the bathroom, not in the lake.
