DEWA is the network, not the building
A high bill is a reason to test the meter and the tank float before opening a slab. Moving a main connection is a DEWA matter. Changing a kitchen hose is not.
Dubai plumbing splits in two: risers behind security desks, and villa pumps in communities past the ring road. DEWA supplies both, and the buildings do not behave alike.
Water and electricity utility: DEWA
High-rises in Marina, Downtown, Business Bay and JLT hide branch pipes in false ceilings and shared stacks that need a gate pass. A leak on the twentieth floor is often owned by the flat above, and the watchman is part of the visit.
Villas in Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills, Mirdif and the Palm keep tanks and boosters on the plot. Older stock in Deira, Bur Dubai and parts of Karama still carries roof tanks and, in places, galvanized leftovers. International City, JVC and Silicon Oasis add dense mid-rise apartments where the stack is the whole argument.

Many towers buy cooling separately. We work on drinking water, heaters and drains. If the stain is a chilled-water coil, we say so and stop.
Bring the flat number, the parking note, and whether security wants a permit. A plumber stuck at the gate is not a repair.

Burst pipes, flooding and stacks that will not wait until morning.
Find hidden leaks before the ceiling and the water bill both give way.
Storage and tankless heaters scaled up by desalinated water.
Kitchen grease, bathroom hair and stacks that gulp and return.
Cisterns that run, concealed frames, and toilets that rock on the flange.
Booster sets and villa pumps that hunt, overheat, or run dry.
Roof and ground tanks: cleaning, leaks, floats and replacements.
Retire galvanized lines and failing PPR before every ceiling map is a stain.
First fix, mixers, concealed frames and showers that were piped in a hurry.
Sinks, dishwashers, filters and the shutoff nobody can find.
Camera, cleaning eyes and the line between the house and the manhole.
A scheduled look at tanks, pumps, heaters and valves for villas and small buildings.
They are both Dubai, and they are not the same drive. We book the day around the community rather than pretending the city is one neighbourhood.
Active leaks yes. Drilling for a repipe follows the building’s hours, which in some towers end in the early evening.
We identify the joint. The building usually pays for the common stack and the owner pays for the branch. The photo is what the manager asks for.
Yes, with the owner or the community NOC where the roof is shared. We ask before we book the crane or the long ladder.
