Emergency plumber on Palm Jumeirah

A plumber for the Palm: a frond villa with its own tank, or a trunk flat with a stack leak.

Water and electricity utility: DEWA

Palm Jumeirah has two kinds of plumbing. Frond villas each have a tank and a pump. Trunk flats are entered after building security, like any tower. We do not use villa-tank steps on a trunk-apartment stack, or the reverse.

Salt air pinholes exposed pipe on the villa wall and the roof. A weep on the outside wall is not a wet patch under the bathroom tiles. If a tap runs salty we stop use and do not fit a heater, because the line may be cross-connected. A private beach is not a public drain.

A frond villa or a trunk tower

Name the frond letter or the trunk tower. A frond villa is checked at its own tank and pump. A trunk flat is entered after building security, and the stack is treated like any tower.

Villa-tank steps are not used on a trunk stack. The shared stack belongs to the building. The basin branch after the valve belongs to the owner.

Salty water and salt on the wall

If a tap runs salty, stop using it. We do not fit a heater until the drinking line is confirmed not to be cross-connected.

Emergency plumber questions

Do you cover the fronds and the trunk?

Yes. Call 056 251 8892 with the frond letter or the trunk tower name.

The villa tap tastes salty?

Stop using it. We do not fit a heater until we know the drinking line is not tied to another line.

A trunk flat and the stack is wetting the neighbour?

The stack is the building's. The sink branch after the valve is the owner's.
