Etihad Water and Electricity supplies the emirate. Fujairah city, Al Faseel, Sakamkam and the port-side streets are a mix of villas and low blocks with roof tanks that see salt air. Merashid and the industrial edge add staff housing. Dibba Al Fujairah is a separate drive up the coast, often a villa on a slope where the waste fall needs more thought than the brochure suggested.
Humidity attacks fittings and leaves heaters in worse rooms than they were designed for. We carry heater and pump parts because a second trip from Dubai is not a favour to you.
