Emergency Plumber runs this website as an introduction service. We take your plumbing request and connect you with an independent provider who works near the property. The provider carries out the visit and the repair. This page describes what we do with the details you give us while we make that introduction.
Emergency Plumber L.L.C operates emergencyplumber.ae. Our role is to receive a request and introduce the customer to a provider covering that part of the UAE. The provider is a separate business. After the introduction, the visit, the price and the repair sit with you and that provider.
The contact form asks for your name, a phone number, the emirate, an optional service, and a short description of the fault. A call or a WhatsApp message gives us the number you used and what you say about the job. The form does not ask for a card number, an Emirates ID, or a map pin.
We use those details to understand the job, call you back, and pass a workable request to a nearby provider: who to ask for, which number to dial, which emirate, and what has failed. We do not sell contact lists, and we do not use the form to build an advertising audience.
The provider we introduce receives what they need to reach you and attend the property. The host of the website, and the phone or WhatsApp service, handle the traffic and messages that pass through them in the ordinary course of delivering those services. We do not pass the request to unrelated businesses.
Once a provider contacts you, that provider handles the conversation and any further details you give them on the job. Their own practices apply to the records they keep. This policy covers the introduction we make.
We keep a request for as long as we need it to complete the introduction and to deal with a follow-up about that same request. The site has no customer account, and it does not set a tracking cookie to recognise you on a later visit.
The site is written for owners, tenants and facilities staff. We do not knowingly collect a child’s details.
