The service we provide
You can call, message on WhatsApp, or send the form. We use that request to introduce you to a provider who works near the property. The introduction is the service. The provider supplies the labour, the parts and the repair.

These terms cover your use of emergencyplumber.ae. Emergency Plumber is an introduction service: we connect you with an independent plumbing provider near the property. The provider is the party who attends and carries out the work.
A request is not a booked job
A form, a call or a WhatsApp message does not reserve a plumber and does not lock a price. The job starts when you and the provider agree what will be done. Availability depends on a provider being free near that property at that time.
Providers are independent
The person or company who attends is an independent provider. Their licence, insurance, workmanship, arrival and invoice are theirs. After you and the provider agree the job, questions about the repair go to that provider.
What we need from you
Give a name, a phone that answers, the emirate, and a straight description of the fault, including how to reach the property. A wrong address or a silent phone means the provider may not get to the job. Use the site for properties in the UAE.
Price, parts and warranty
Any call-out fee, price, parts list or warranty is quoted by the provider and agreed by you. We do not set those terms, and the website does not collect payment for the repair.
Safety
If water is meeting electricity, if you smell gas, or if a ceiling or wall is failing, leave the danger and contact the utility or the relevant emergency service first. This site introduces plumbing providers.

Pages about services and emirates describe typical plumbing work in the UAE. They are general information. They are not a diagnosis of your property and they are not a quote.
Using the site
Send real requests, and use the phone line for a genuine job. The text, the layout and the mark on this site belong to Emergency Plumber L.L.C, except where a provider’s own name is shown.
Our limit
To the extent the law of the United Arab Emirates allows, liability for a provider’s delay, price, damage or the result of the repair stays with that provider. Our role is the introduction. Nothing here removes a right the law does not allow us to remove.

The English and Arabic pages state the same terms. When we change them, the new text on this page replaces this version from the date shown. Using the site or sending a request means you accept the terms then in force.
