A Khalifa City villa with a ground tank, a roof tank and a booster is a different contract from a Reem apartment with a single ceiling heater. We list assets before price. The note says what is fine, what is noisy, and what should be budgeted. Parts are not folded into the fee.
Al Ain sites are on their own round because the drive is real. Mussafah staff blocks can be included if we have gate access. Emergency calls from contract sites jump the queue. A new pump is still a quoted repair.
