Two tanks, one complaint
A stain on the top floor when the roof tank is full points up, not at the bathroom. A noisy pump after a clean often means the ground tank was left dirty or the float was not tested on refill.
Island tanks often sit in a cramped roof room. Mainland tanks sit in the sun and split.
Al Reem and Corniche buildings keep tanks where access is a hatch and a facilities key. Overflow there becomes a neighbour's ceiling quickly. We need that key before we promise a time, and we name which flats lose water while the tank is down.
Khalifa City and Al Ain villas have plastic tanks that warp. Ground tanks silt up and then the booster sucks the silt. Cleaning the roof and ignoring the ground tank is how the same complaint returns. ADDC does not wash either tank for you.

Especially in shared island tanks.
Lids included. A missing lid is part of the job.
Before we leave the roof.
Roof rooms on Al Reem, Saadiyat and the Corniche. Villa tanks in Khalifa City, Al Reef, Al Mushrif, Baniyas and Al Ain.

The same trade, written for a different water network.
Often a few hours for one tank. Say if a tanker is your only backup so we time the drain.
Above the water line, sometimes. A sun-split seam in Al Ain is a replacement.
Yes, date and what was done. It is not a municipality certificate.
We start on the roof outlet and the flange, not in the bathroom.
