Cabinet floods
Angle valve, hose, or the mixer tail. We replace the failed piece and check the cabinet base so you know if the wood is already gone.
Most kitchen calls are a tired braided hose, a dripping basket strainer, or a dishwasher waste that was pushed onto a tail without a clip.
We replumb sinks when the cabinet floor has swollen, fit shutoffs if the only way to isolate the kitchen is the villa main, and set dishwasher and filter wastes so they cannot siphon the trap dry. A drinking-water filter is included only as plumbing: we do not pretend to be the filter brand’s service agent.
Island sinks need a waste path planned before the joinery, not a pump added in a panic after the marble is down. If you are still at joinery stage, call then.

Inlet on its own valve, waste into a standpipe or a spigot that is clipped. A flood after the first cycle is usually the waste, not the machine.
A tee and a shutoff, with a drain for the flush water. We will not pierce a drain arm that has no fall and call it done.
Local valves if they exist, otherwise the main, and we fit locals if they were missing.
Hose, strainer, trap or valve.
If it is part of the job, one full drain cycle while we are there.
Hot, cold, and filter, in a way the next person can read.
The method is shared. Water pressure, building age and the utility company are not. Open the emirate you live in for the local version of this service.
Towers on DEWA water, villa communities, and older Deira roofs.
Island towers, mainland villas, and Al Ain on the same ADDC network.
SEWA water, roof tanks, and a city of older flats plus new communities.
Compact city, Etihad Water and Electricity, mid-rise blocks and new Jurf.
A spread-out emirate: Julphar towers, Al Hamra villas, and hot inland plots.
East-coast humidity, villas, Dibba’s distance, and Etihad WE.
A small emirate: coastal houses, Falaj Al Mualla inland, Etihad WE.
The trap is likely dry or the dishwasher waste is stealing its water. We correct the connection instead of masking the smell.
Only with a waste route or a macerator we are willing to maintain. We look at the slab before the carpenter builds the island.
We connect sinks and appliances. We do not assemble carcasses or cut worktops.
Often the mixer aerator or a failing flexible hose, not the whole villa. We start there.
Yes. That is one of the more useful small jobs in a kitchen that currently isolates from the roof.
