Emergency plumber in Abu Shagara
A plumber for Abu Shagara: a tight block, one roof tank, and a bathroom drain that returns into the next flat.
Water and electricity utility: SEWA
Abu Shagara is close-packed housing, and the roof tank is small for the number of flats. If everyone opens a tap during the fill hour, upper floors go weak even though the tank is not empty. That is not a failed pump.
Drains sit close between flats. A blockage at a neighbour can push water back to your floor waste. We find the branch from an opening in the flat before asking to rod the building line. The flat heater is isolated if water reaches its plug.
Weak pressure during the fill hour
The Abu Shagara tank is small for the number of flats. If everyone opens a tap during the fill hour, upper floors go weak even though the tank is not empty. That is not a failed pump, and we do not buy one for that reason.
Send the building name. The roof is opened with the owner or the watchman.
A neighbour's drain can push back to you
Drains sit close between flats. A blockage next door can push water back to your floor waste. We find the branch from an opening in the flat before rodding the building line.
If water reaches the heater plug, isolate it at the breaker. SEWA does not open a flat trap.

Emergency plumber questions
Do you cover Abu Shagara through the night?
Yes. Call 056 251 8892 with the building number and the floor.
Pressure drops only at peak use?
The tank cannot serve everyone at once. We do not change the pump before measuring pressure after use has calmed.
Floor wastes return water and my flat is not blocked?
The branch is shared with the neighbour. We stop your use and open the drain at the nearest point, not in the street first.
