Emergency plumber in Aljada
A plumber for Aljada: a new villa whose pump was never set, or a flat leaking through the ceiling below.
Water and electricity utility: SEWA
Aljada is a newer community in Sharjah, with villas and blocks. A villa starts at its tank and pump, and weak pressure can be a setting rather than a break. A flat starts at its valve. The shared stack in some buildings is still with the developer.
The branch after the valve, including the tap connection and the heater, is the owner's even when the building is new. SEWA stops at the meter and does not set a villa pump. A ceiling leak needs the flat above opened, not a hole in the garden.
A pump that was never set, or a flat after the valve
Aljada is a newer community. A villa starts at its tank and pump, and weak pressure can be a setting rather than a break. We do not replace every pipe for that.
A flat starts at its valve. Send the gate name and the unit type before we leave.
The warranty does not always cover the tap branch
The shared stack may still sit with the developer. The branch after the valve, including the tap and the heater, is the owner's even when the building is new.
A ceiling leak needs the flat above opened, not a hole in the garden. SEWA stops at the meter and does not set a villa pump.

Emergency plumber questions
Is Aljada on the night coverage?
Yes, for villas and flats. Call 056 251 8892 and say which type of unit.
A new villa has weak pressure?
We set the pump and open the floor valves. A new network is not replaced on the first visit.
The ceiling is wet and the building is under warranty?
The stack may stay with the developer. A tap connection in the flat above is repaired on the visit if that unit is opened.
